Food & Beverage Production & Service

We teach the principles, techniques, and methods of preparing and serving food and beverages in a professional setting. This course typically covers topics such as menu planning, food safety, kitchen management, food preparation and cooking, table service, and beverage service. The course may also touch upon customer service, event planning, and sales and marketing within the food and beverage industry. The aim of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in a career in food and beverage production and service.

HOTEL & CATERING SUPERVISION

We focus on the management of hotel and catering operations. The course covers topics such as food and beverage service, kitchen management, accommodation management, and customer service. Students will learn about the principles of hospitality management, including menu planning, event planning, and sales and marketing. They will also learn about the financial aspects of running a hotel and catering business, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management. In addition, the course may cover the supervision of front office operations, housekeeping, and other support departments. The aim of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to work in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, including hotel management, restaurant management, and event management.

Catering and Accommodation Management

This course focuses on the management of food and beverage service, as well as the provision of accommodation in a hospitality setting. The course covers topics such as menu planning, kitchen management, food preparation, table service, beverage service, as well as accommodation operations and management. Students will learn about the key principles and practices of the hospitality industry, including customer service, event planning, sales and marketing, and financial management. The course is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to work in a variety of roles within the catering and accommodation management sector, such as restaurant management, hotel management, or event management.

HOUSE KEEPING & ACCOMODATION STUDIES

This course that focuses on the management of cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of lodging facilities and their surroundings. The course covers topics such as room cleaning and maintenance, laundry management, and the use of cleaning equipment and supplies. Students will also learn about the principles of hygiene and sanitation, as well as effective communication and customer service skills. In addition, the course may cover the management of front office operations, including reservations, guest check-in and check-out, and the handling of guest requests and complaints. The aim of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to work in a variety of roles within the hospitality industry, including housekeeping management, front office management, and accommodation management.

HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT

Hospitality Management is the study and practice of managing and operating hospitality businesses, such as hotels, resorts, restaurants, and event venues. The field encompasses a wide range of topics, including food and beverage service, accommodations management, event planning, sales and marketing, and financial management.
